Her skirt was flipped up, and her whole body shook. Aubrianna clung tightly to the chair on the porch with her hands and tried to endure the force of the man ramming into her while sticking her hips back as far as she could.

Every time the man grabbed her reddened, frozen hips and pushed his penis in, the cold of the world and all her worries disappeared.

“Do you know?”

“Ahh, ahng.”

The fingertips roughened by hunting traversed her pussy, then pressed hard on the swollen clit.

“How hot it is in here. It feels like it’s blazing like Mount Etrom’s volcano and burning me.”

“Ahhng.”

Each time the man, pressed against her lower body, pulled his body back, cold air rushed in as if it had been waiting and cooled her heated pussy. Then when the man put his penis back in, it grew scorching again.

In that gap, even more pleasure surged.

Feeling the man’s penis teasingly sliding in and out, Aubrianna tightened her lower belly.

“Uh, Aubrianna.”

When her pussy clenched tight, she heard the man’s panting breath behind her, and then his urgent thrusting began.

“Ahh, ah, hng, haahng.”

As expected, the man who knew her weak spot began pounding fiercely into the one point that made her come apart.

Puck, puck.

From the man’s strong force, the chair Aubrianna was holding shook, and it felt like the cabin was shaking too.

“Ahk.”

It seemed like she’d taken the lead, but in the end, the one who collapsed first was Aubrianna.

Strength left her arms, and as her body pitched forward, strong arms wrapped around her and hauled her up.

In that moment, their clothes tangled, and the two of them slid sideways with a thud.

“Damn it.”

With his penis pulled out from between the woman’s spread pussy, the man spewed semen.

At the sight of sticky, hot liquid coming out from the tip of the red, club-like penis, Aubrianna stared, dazed.

“Th-this is kind of surprising.”

The man always came only inside her body, so it was her first time seeing something so explicit.

Seeing the woman blush on her cheeks as if innocent, Kay’s chest itched.

He pulled her hand over and made her touch his still-hard member.

“If you think it’s fascinating, I’ll show you more.”

Only then did Aubrianna look around.

There was no one.

A quiet, silent place.

When she’d spread her legs and invited him blatantly, it seemed she wasn’t in her right mind, but now embarrassment suddenly surged, and she shoved him away.

“I, I should wash.”

The liquid drying coldly under her thighs felt unpleasant.

She got up, tidied her clothes as if she’d never acted lewd, and lifted her chin.

“I’ll boil water. I’m cold, so I should soak in warm water for a bit.”

As the woman’s hand moved away, Kay’s face, which had been disappointed, brightened at once.

“I’ll move the bathtub.”

The man’s shoulders as he followed her inside swelled with anticipation.

Soon, the cabin filled with the sound of flesh slapping together, water sloshing, and moans.

***

The cabin floor was soaked as if it had gone through a flood.

“I can’t even put strength into my arms.”

“That’s strange. I used all the strength, though.”

At the man’s words, Aubrianna puffed out her lips, grabbed his rough chin, and turned his face.

“Here, try this.”

After carefully applying animal fat that had been boiled and cooled to the right temperature to the man’s cheeks, Aubrianna steadied her breath and picked up the man’s dagger.

“Have you done this before?”

Aubrianna didn’t answer Kay’s question and carefully set the blade.

“Be quiet. I’m holding a knife right now.”

Scritch, scritch.

The rough hair was shaved away, and Kay’s facial contours gradually began to show.

Splash. Rinsing the dagger in the water, Aubrianna turned the man’s chin to the right again.

Tense because the blade was sharp, she took a deep breath and carefully set the knife to his skin again.

“Did you love that man?”

Drip.

“Blood!”

Startled, Aubrianna threw the knife away and lifted a cloth to cover the man’s cheek.

“Why are you asking pointless questions!”

“This much is fine. I didn’t even feel it.”

With a relaxed attitude, the man brushed the cloth aside and roughly wiped his cheek with clean water.

“Go on.”

Kay picked up the knife and held it out to Aubrianna.

“I’m scared.”

Seeing the woman’s eyes frightened at the sight of blood, Kay placed the knife in her hand and crossed his arms.

“I won’t say anything, so do it comfortably.”

As if he meant it, Kay even closed his eyes. With the blue eyes that had been watching her gone, Aubrianna slowly began shaving his beard again.

“Right now… I don’t know.”

Understanding what she was answering, the corner of the man’s lips curved slightly.

“Then….”

“You said you wouldn’t say anything.”

At Aubrianna’s words as she held the knife, Kay closed his mouth again.

Looking at the face of Kaeloc she knew now half revealed, Aubrianna fell into thought.

Did I love you?

***

Rip.

The canopy surrounding the four-poster bed was drawn, and cold blue eyes flashed.

Startled, Aubrianna froze stiff, holding a book.

“I clearly told you not to touch the area near the bed….”

“I, I’m sorry.”

The man who narrowed his eyes muttered low at her, “It’s you.”

With eyes blazing blue, the duke looked down at the book in Aubrianna’s hand.

On days when the duke’s room was cleaned, Lien, who couldn’t read, handled the bathwater, and Aubrianna organized the books.

There were many books in the duke’s bedroom. Perhaps he read them and tossed them aside carelessly, because books were always scattered on the floor.

Aubrianna enjoyed organizing the books. Some days she arranged them by title, other days she sorted them by category, like history, geography, or military texts.

Aubrianna, who felt a little disappointed that there were no books containing beautiful love stories, grew curious when she happened to see a small book placed on the bedside table.

And she was caught.

‘I didn’t think training would end so early….’

Flustered, she placed the book back on the bedside table and bowed deeply with both hands gathered politely.

“I’m sorry.”

Under the noble, high nose, the manly yet elegant lips pressed together thinly. After a moment of silence, the man loosened his cravat and placed it on the bed.

Click.

Next came the sound of a watch chain slipping from between his jacket, the sound of buttons being undone, and the sound of his jacket coming off, breaking into noise as it fell onto the bed.

Whether Lien had already left, the room was filled only with the sounds of him undressing one piece at a time.

The black vest fell, and Aubrianna still couldn’t lift her head, cautiously bending one knee.

“I’ll take my leave.”

“Wait.”

Because it was her master’s order, she had no choice but to stop.

Aubrianna racked her mind for how she could get out of this room.

She’d never heard that Duke Kaeloc sought women.

She’d heard the maids say that even when he returned wounded from battle, he bathed alone.

Even as she saw his trousers fall to the floor from her lowered gaze, she trusted him.

“Is there anything I can help you with?”

When Aubrianna spoke, Kaeloc was already half-submerged in the bathtub.

The man’s blue-tinged gaze bored into her, examining her intently.

Her tousled brown hair and the rare, reddish-tinted eyes were rounded as if a little startled.

Aubrianna didn’t know that, after discovering that reddish hue inside eyes that looked as if transparent crystal were faintly dyed, a red feeling began to settle in the man’s heart as well.

Splash.

The man lifted one leg and hooked it over the bathtub. Aubrianna hurriedly turned her gaze away from his bare leg dripping water.

“How’s the maid work?”

At the duke’s question, she hesitated, not knowing what to answer.

She didn’t think the duke remembered her.

The ducal castle was very large, and there were more than ten maids working in the annex alone.

“I’ve adjusted a lot.”

Giving a safe answer, she fidgeted and twisted her hands.

Maid work was hard.

At the orphanage, the work she did was mostly taking care of small children and organizing documents in the headmistress’s office.

Even when she became an adult and worked at a shop in town, she mainly did simple cleaning and customer service.

At the ducal castle, on clear days, she washed and hung laundry in dozens of baskets filled to the brim. Some days, she had to mop all day.

On days when there was even a party or a ball in the main building, she couldn’t leave the kitchen and had to stand for hours carrying and chopping ingredients.

Even after that, she had to come back to the annex and do laundry and cleaning.

Honestly, for about a month, she was so exhausted she didn’t even have the energy to resent Miss Francis.

Just one day.

The day of the Regatta Girls’ School entrance ceremony. She cried in the garden, but now there was nothing she could do.

“Then I’ll take my leave….”

“Do you still feel like you were deceived?”

“Pardon?”

As if he remembered her, the duke’s eyes shone sharply.

So he didn’t forget. She never thought he would remember even a maid like her who had been sold off here against her will.

She let out a small breath and parted her lips. “It’s true I was deceived.”

Because she was fed and given a place to sleep, she gave half the money she earned to the headmistress, and she saved what was left, little by little.

It was 120 rugen.

She saved enough living expenses for an ordinary commoner to live alone for half a year and prepared the girls’ school admission fee and lodging, but she believed the headmistress’s words that she’d help.

In other words, she had all the money she’d earned taken by the headmistress.

“Do you have no parents at all?”

He really does remember everything.

The memory of how she had clung to them desperately that day came back, and her face flushed red with embarrassment.

“My mother passed away, and I don’t know my father.”

Did the duke need to know even this personal history?

Growing uncomfortable, Aubrianna wanted to leave this place already.

As if he’d read her thoughts, the duke let out a small laugh.

“There’s a book I want you to bring me….”

“Yes.”

With light steps, she turned and headed toward the bookshelf, when the man snapped his fingers.

“Not that one.”

Aubrianna turned back and looked at him.

The man pointed with his finger to the side of the bed. There lay the book Aubrianna had been reading.

“That book.”

She looked back at him, flustered.

“Bring it here and read it.”

Aubrianna hesitated. “That book?”

“Why?”

At the duke’s nonchalant face, Aubrianna couldn’t hide her bewildered expression.

“Because it’s a fairy tale?”

An unreadable light spread across the man’s face.
