Senior, I've Come to Visit - Chapter 41
He lied….
He said he couldn’t put on his pants while still hard, but he put them on just fine.
After cleaning up, he took care of me like I was a child. He wiped every bit of liquid thoroughly, then helped me get dressed. If I’d had any strength left, I’d have wanted to do it myself, but I was exhausted and had no choice but to rely on him.
“Sit here.”
After putting my white lab coat on last, Nardi sat me down on a clean sofa nearby.
Blankly, I watched him quickly tidy up the table and the surrounding area. The space where we’d had sex, the place that had turned into a complete mess, was becoming spotless again.
“…Let’s open the window too.”
A hazy scent filled the room, a mix of milk, sweat, and semen.
“Should I?”
Finishing the cleanup, Nardi took long strides across the room and opened the windows. A cool cross-breeze blew in, scattering the smell and cooling the heat from our bodies.
Only now, with the room in a presentable state even if someone visited, could I finally relax.
“Here, drink some water.”
He returned to my side with a glass of water.
“Okay.”
I took a weak sip and handed it back, and he drank the rest in one go. I felt like I could pass out from fatigue, yet he looked refreshed, full of energy.
“Who do you think it was earlier?”
Pretending no one was here and not answering the door weighed on my mind.
“I don’t know who it was, but if it was important, they’ll come back. Don’t worry.”
“What… exactly counts as something worth worrying about to you?”
“Haha, hmm… A man who likes Eloise trying to approach Eloise.”
“I told you, no one likes me.”
He worried about the strangest things and ignored the ones he should’ve been worried about.
“Anyway, from now on, absolutely never outside. Only at home.”
Thinking back on it, it really had been insane.
Sex in the lab, during work hours. Now that the adrenaline faded, the guilt hit me all at once.
“At home, huh… Speaking of home, how about coming to the house where I live?”
“…What?”
“I have a mansion in the capital that’s really close to the Magic Tower. I’ve been staying at your house for so long, so I want to invite you just once and treat you properly. Show you around the house too.”
“….”
He meant the Gracian ducal family’s capital mansion. The unexpected suggestion left me silent for a moment.
“…Aren’t your parents at home?”
“They’re both in the territory right now. And even if they were here, the place is so big… I use an entire building myself, so you wouldn’t run into them.”
“Oh… But aren’t there other people? If it gets out that I went to your house…”
Anyone with a loose tongue would gossip endlessly.
“Other people? If you mean the staff, they’re discreet. There’s nothing you need to worry about.”
“I see….”
Maybe I was overthinking it, but the idea felt burdensome. Nardi coming to my house was fine, but me going to his house felt… different.
“I’m not sure. I never thought of you as imposing on me.”
These days, Nardi practically lived at my house, almost like we were cohabiting. But he cooked delicious meals every day and relieved my milk, which made things easier for me. I liked it when he was just at my house; maybe he preferred his own place?
“That’s good to hear. Still, let’s go just once. I’m sure you’ll like it, Eloise,” Nardi said with a gentle smile. “There are books and tools there that the Magic Tower doesn’t have. You’ll enjoy looking around.”
“Oh, really?”
That much was obvious without even thinking about it.
Ever since I was young, most of the magic books I’d read were written by members of the Gracian family, and at the academy and the Magic Tower, I felt their long-accumulated achievements even more. From basic textbooks to high‑level volumes, and countless magical tools and magic potions… the accomplishments of a prestigious wizarding family were everywhere.
And this was the mansion of the Gracian ducal house. My curiosity and desire to explore tingled and made my ears perk up.
“…If I go, when?”
“How about the upcoming holiday?”
“Will your parents not be at the mansion then?”
“No. They won’t return for at least half a month. So, we’re going, right?”
“Yeah, I want to see it.”
Rather than thinking of it as going to Nardi’s home, it felt like going on a field trip to a magic museum.
His parents wouldn’t be there, and the staff were supposedly discreet, so there didn’t seem to be any reason for concern.
“You made a good decision. It’ll be fun.”
Nardi gave a bright smile and hugged me tightly.
A few days later, inside the carriage.
The holiday arrived, and we were on our way to Nardi’s home as planned. We left straight from my house and headed directly to the Gracian ducal mansion.
I stared blankly at the scenery outside the carriage window. The road was unfamiliar and far from my home, so I couldn’t help but keep looking.
Smooch, smooch-
Nardi held me in his arms and kissed the side of my face repeatedly. My cheek and the corner of my mouth received his habitual kisses.
Annoying….
He was terribly addicted to physical affection. I’d gotten used to it, yet it was still a little annoying… though not in a bad way.
“Eloise, your expressions are so cute.”
“What expression?”
I’d just been sitting expressionless, so I looked at him, confused.
“They’re all cute. Every single one.”
“I wasn’t making any expression.”
“You were looking sulky and indifferent.”
Smooch- he kissed my forehead.
My face is going to wear out….
It had been a while since we’d gotten into the carriage, and although I didn’t show it, I was a bit tense. Our destination being the Gracian ducal mansion was one reason, and the fact that I rarely visited anyone’s home was another. Aside from occasionally visiting Iella’s house, that was all the experience I had.
“…Is it okay to go empty-handed?”
The thought occurred to me suddenly, so I asked.
Even if I didn’t have much experience, I knew it was polite to bring something when visiting someone’s home. But for some reason, Nardi burst into laughter.
“Of course. All I need is you, Eloise.”
“Maybe we should at least bring a small gift on the way….”
Then again, bringing a gift when I was going with Nardi felt a bit strange.
“You yourself are the gift. We don’t need anything else.”
“…All right.”
“And we’re almost there.”
“Really?”
I leaned closer to the window to look outside.
A vast field spread out, so wide it made me wonder if such a place even existed in the capital.
The carriage passed through a well‑maintained road and smoothly entered between the black lattice gates. Then a wide, open garden unfolded before us. A geometric garden, symmetrical on both sides, endlessly broad and beautiful.
“Wow….”
“Haha, do you like it?”
“I’ve never seen a garden this big.”
The carriage glided along the wide central path. In the distance, a cream‑colored mansion came into view, and at its grandeur, I froze, breath caught in my throat.
I’d been to the royal palace because of the queen’s commission, and I went to and from the Magic Tower daily, one of the kingdom’s most renowned buildings, but I’d never seen a mansion this spectacular. Its scale and beauty were overwhelming.
“We’re getting off now.”
“Okay.”
The carriage stopped, and Nardi grabbed my small bag. Inside were the fresh cloth pads I had to change regularly because of my milk. And just in case… a new pair of underwear.
Through the wide open door, Nardi stepped out first. Holding his hand, I followed him out, and a cool breeze wrapped around me in one sweep.
“Wow….”
I turned in a full circle on the spot, looking around. The garden was so wide it made my chest feel open, and the mansion was four stories tall, long, and shaped like a large, squared-off U. I’d vaguely expected that Nardi would live in a nice house, but seeing it in person went far beyond anything I’d imagined.
“Your big eyes got even bigger.”
Nardi watched my reaction, murmuring over and over that I was cute. Maybe because it was his home, he looked comfortable and natural here. Still dazed, I kept looking around until I noticed something strange.
“I don’t see anyone else.”
In a mansion this large, with a garden like this, you’d expect at least a few servants or gardeners to be around, but the only other person was the coachman who’d driven our carriage. Even he drove the carriage farther away somewhere.
