Senior, I've Come to Visit - Chapter 15
After I exposed my whole body and overlapped and intertwined it with his in sex, I even felt a strange sense of intimacy. Was this what they called getting attached to someone through the body?
“If that is the case, then there is no problem. I think that is more than enough for us to date.”
How on earth does he arrive at that conclusion?
“Well… I have never really thought about dating itself, and asking you to sleep with me was something I said impulsively.”
“Since it has already come to this, we should take the chance and date seriously. If that feels like too much pressure, you can think of it as starting lightly. Spend time together and slowly see how it feels.”
“….”
I couldn’t answer easily.
“I will often cook delicious food for you, and I will suck the milk that can make you sick every day. At night, in bed, I will… serve you passionately.”
It was a very tempting whisper.
“…Let me think about it for a bit.”
“Yes.”
To be honest, I had no idea why Nardi was going this far.
I didn’t know the reason, but it seemed he really wanted to date me.
“Do you want to sleep with me?”
“To the point I’d sell my soul to a devil.”
He’d been that desperate earlier too, but at the time he had been aroused, so I thought it was just because he wanted to have sex. Now, however, what I felt from him was not simply a desire for sex, but something beyond that, a genuine wish to really date me.
Nardi waited for my answer, looking slightly nervous.
Just as he had said, the truth was I was wavering, wondering if I should try dating him casually once.
Rather than awkwardly pretending nothing had happened after everything that already had, simply dating him did not seem like a bad choice. And if it really did not work out, we could always stop then.
The only thing that bothered me was the difference in our social status.
He was a high-ranking noble even among nobles, and I was a commoner without even a family name. There was no way not to be conscious of it.
The Magic Academy I had attended and the Magic Tower I now belonged to were both rare spaces where nobles and commoners were mixed together. Since there were not many wizards, mixing them was more efficient than keeping them separate.
Within the Academy, it was a rule that commoners did not use honorifics to nobles, and nobles and commoners received an equal education and competed as fellow students. However, even if the boundary looked invisible on the surface, there was definitely a line. Nobles stayed with nobles, and commoners stayed with commoners. I had simply gone around alone, but most students did that regardless of year.
At the Magic Tower, things were somewhat better because teams were formed by mixing nobles and commoners evenly. Working together as one team, people naturally became close, and whether they liked it or not, it was more convenient for everyone to maintain a friendly relationship.
Even so, in some teams, conflicts sometimes arose between noble wizards and commoner wizards. The invisible line still existed, and while it was one thing to be colleagues, nobles and commoners dating each other was rare. Even at the Magic Tower, nobles tended to date nobles, and commoners dated commoners.
So if Nardi and I were to date, it was obvious how much people would whisper.
After wrestling with it, I finally opened my mouth.
“…Let’s try dating lightly.”
“Really?!”
He exclaimed in surprise, then spoke again before I could answer.
“You really made the right choice.”
“On one condition, I would like this to be kept a secret too.”
“Us dating?”
“Yeah, I don’t want people at the Magic Tower or outside to know. I don’t want to be the subject of other people’s gossip.”
There was no telling how long this relationship would last.
If we dated quietly without others knowing, we could avoid unnecessary attention and talk, and if we did end up breaking up, it would probably be easier when the time came.
“All right. I’ll act the same as before in front of others so it won’t show.”
“Yeah.”
“But in exchange….”
It seemed Nardi also had a condition. This wasn’t a negotiation, but it felt like one.
“When it’s just the two of us… can I call you Eloise? I want to call you by your pretty name.”
That was nothing difficult.
“Do as you like.”
“Yes, Eloise.”
Eloise. He pronounced my name elegantly.
…It felt like I faintly heard it earlier when half-asleep.
“Did you finish eating?”
“Yeah.”
Nardi stood and approached me. He naturally knelt beside me, and I turned my body to face him.
“I’m excited.”
To be honest, he seemed a little nervous. His broad shoulders rose and fell as if his breathing was slightly unstable. Nardi took the hand resting on my thigh, played with it, then guided it to his chest. Beyond the broad, firm pectoral muscles, his heart beat strong and fast.
Do men have stronger heartbeats than women?
Instinctively, I touched my own chest with my other hand to compare. My heart beat steadily and normally. Without thinking, my hand moved to my breast because milk had collected again. Since I wasn’t wearing any cloth or underwear under the thin nightgown, the milk seeped through the fabric and dampened it.
“Does it still hurt?”
He touched my breast with one hand.
“It’s hard again.”
“Yeah, but the breast engorgement is gone, so even if the milk collects, it doesn’t hurt much.”
It felt similar to last week when I first took the medicine. There was a tingling sensation as the milk flowed and a firm, full feeling. If I left it without emptying properly, there’d be trouble again.
“Don’t worry about breast engorgement anymore.”
Nardi pressed my breast over the nightgown and looked at it attentively. His touch made a circular patch of the fabric darken with milk, and the pink areola showed faintly through the clinging white cloth. Nardi pressed his face to my chest and inhaled deeply.
“It smells really good.”
Like a big dog rubbing its head, he nuzzled his cheek against my breast. Then he rested his ear over my chest to listen to my heartbeat. After a small sigh, Nardi stood up.
“I’ll tidy up and suck it out right away. Let’s go to the bedroom.”
“…Okay.”
I watched blankly as he quickly cleaned the table.
Soon, he’d suck my milk again… and would we end up having sex again too?
In just one day, everything had changed so drastically that I felt dizzy. It was confusing, yet not entirely bad. I even felt a bit excited about what would happen soon in the bedroom.
“I’ll help too.”
I forced strength into my aching legs and stood up.
“Eloise! Is your body okay?!”
As soon as I entered the Magic Tower’s research room, Lupina rushed over.
“Yes, I rested and I’m fine now.”
“I’m so relieved! You could’ve taken one more day off, you know!”
“It’s fine. I rested enough.”
I gave her a small smile as she patted my shoulder.
Hearing footsteps behind me, I turned and saw Mireille.
“Hello.”
“Welcome, Mireille!”
“Good morning. I heard you were sick?”
He glanced at me as he asked.
“Yes, I’m fine now.”
“Good.”
Mireille answered curtly and went to his seat.
I went to mine as usual, put on the fresh white lab coat hanging on the rack, and sat at my neatly organized desk. I drank a glass of water and thought about the work I had to do today.
A normal, ordinary day.
No, it had actually been far from ordinary from the very start….
“Hello.”
Nardi entered the research room and greeted everyone brightly.
“Welcome, Nardi!”
“You’re here?”
Lupina and Mireille greeted him, and I also nodded naturally.
“Hello.”
As if we were meeting for the first time today. Nardi met my eyes and smiled brightly.
“By the way, Nardi, did you visit Eloise yesterday? The lab felt so empty with both of you gone!”
“Yes, I went to see Senior Eloise yesterday.”
“How was it? I really want to visit Eloise’s place sometime! I’ve never been, and I’m so curious.”
I smiled awkwardly and quickly answered, “It’s just a small, ordinary house.”
It wasn’t that I disliked Lupina. In fact, I liked her quite a bit. But I didn’t want to bring other people into my home if I could help it. My house was the one place that belonged entirely to me.
